We are looking for a caring, dedicated, and skilled Nurse (Staff Nurse / Registered Nurse) to join our healthcare team in Porbandar, the “White City” and a vital coastal center for healthcare in the Saurashtra region. Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Provide high-quality nursing care and emotional support to patients, treating them with the dignity and empathy central to our local culture.
• Vital Monitoring: Regularly monitor patient vitals, track recovery progress, and promptly report any significant changes to the attending medical team.
• Medication Management: Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids accurately while ensuring strict adherence to patient safety protocols.
• Documentation: Maintain precise and up-to-date patient records, nursing charts, and digital documentation.
• Clinical Assistance: Assist doctors during diagnostic procedures, routine check-ups, and emergency care in our modern clinical environment.
• Infection Control: Strictly follow hygiene, sterilization, and infection control protocols to ensure a safe healthcare environment for both patients and staff.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: ANM / GNM / B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Registration: Valid registration with the Gujarat Nursing Council (GNC).
• Linguistic Proficiency: Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi is essential to effectively communicate with patients and their families; a working knowledge of English is required for medical reporting.
• Attributes: Strong clinical skills, deep empathy, and the physical stamina to handle rotating shifts in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Digital Literacy: Ability to use hospital management systems and digital monitoring equipment.

Experience

• 1–5 years preferred in a hospital or clinic setting.
• Freshers with strong academic records, a valid GNC registration, and a passion for healthcare are also encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in specialized departments (ICU, Pediatrics, or Emergency) is a significant advantage.
