Key Responsibilities

• Academic Delivery: Teach the assigned subject/class in accordance with CBSE, ICSE, or GSEB (Gujarat State Education Board) curricula.
• Curriculum Design: Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, interactive worksheets, and digital learning materials that integrate value-based learning with modern academic standards.
• Classroom Management: Maintain an organized, inclusive, and peaceful classroom environment, encouraging active participation through modern pedagogical techniques inspired by experiential learning.
• Assessment: Regularly monitor student performance through diversified testing methods and assignments, providing constructive feedback to foster continuous growth.
• Collaboration: Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding academic progress (Gujarati, Hindi, and English proficiency preferred to connect with the local community).
• School Engagement: Participate in extracurricular activities, cultural festivals, and professional development programs to stay updated with the latest educational trends.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant subject area.
• Certification: B.Ed. or an equivalent teaching qualification is highly preferred.
• Competency: Strong subject-matter expertise with a commitment to nurturing both the intellect and character of students.
• Linguistic Skills: Fluency in English and Hindi is essential; a working knowledge of Gujarati is a significant advantage for engaging with the local heritage.
• Digital Literacy: Proficiency in using computers, smartboards, and modern educational software.

Experience

• 1–5 years preferred in a teaching role; talented freshers with a B.Ed. and exceptional subject knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience with CBSE, ICSE, or Gujarat State Board syllabi is a significant advantage.
